Modified Rules Boxing – Floyd Mayweather Jr versus Conor McGregor

Report

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr (USA) defeated Conor McGregor of Ireland by a Technical Knockout in the 10th Round of a much-publicised fight between the All-Time winningest boxer (this was his 50th bout undefeated, surpassing Pacquiao’s record of 49), and the King of UFC – The Ultimate Fighting Championship in Las Vegas on 26th of August 2017.

On April 11th 2018, the Business Insider reported rumours that the two men were planning on a rematch using modified MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) rules such as those used in UFC.
